Constellation Brands is a leading producer and marketer of wine, beer, and spirits. The company has a long-standing commitment to responsible drinking and operates with a set of core values that prioritize sustainability, diversity, and customer satisfaction.

In 2019, the company continued to expand its offerings and market presence, solidifying its position as a leader in the industry. To further engage and incentivize customers, Constellation Brands reached out to New Media Design students to create a concept app. The app aimed to increase customer loyalty, decrease bounce-off rates, and gamify the user experience with unique features. We were given the liberty to meet these milestones without limitations.

So with that, I narrowed down the features that would best aid customer engagement such as a drink search, distributor locator, reward and point system, and preference quizzes. By providing users with the ability to locate, review, and become informed about their favorite products, the app offers a comprehensive and rewarding experience for Constellation Brands customers.
